Regarding the “Reimbursement Support and Jewel Specification Changes” announced at the end of last year, we would like to inform you that the corresponding measures have been completed in today’s update. Please see below for further details. ■Support Details ・”Points (Nintendo Switch)” have been added to the points that can be checked on the Creator’s site. – These points can only be redeemed for free Jewels. – “Points (Nintendo Switch)” refer to points that are acquired by playing the Nintendo Switch version, such as “Points obtained by creating Worlds” and “Points obtained through trades”. If additional ways to earn points are introduced in the future, similar corresponding measures will be taken for those as well. – For those who have started playing the Nintendo Switch version (hereinafter referred to as Nintendo Switch players), we have converted the points you currently possess at the time of the update to “Points (Nintendo Switch)”. – Even those who are not Nintendo Switch players, for any players who have linked their accounts with the Nintendo Switch version, we have converted the points presumed to be earned through playing the Nintendo Switch version to “Points (Nintendo Switch)” as of November 30, 2023. ・Regarding World building, changes have been made to record whether a build has been done for each World on the Nintendo Switch version and appropriately separate the points obtained. – For Nintendo Switch players, all previously created Worlds have been set up as worlds started in the Nintendo Switch version, and the points obtained will correspond to “Points (Nintendo Switch)”. – When Worlds under construction on other platforms are built or uploaded on the Nintendo Switch version, the points obtained from that world thereafter will be labeled as “Points (Nintendo Switch)”. ・Regarding free Jewels, they can now only be consumed on the platform where they were received, just like paid Jewels. – For Nintendo Switch players, any free Jewels possessed at the time of the update have been converted into free Jewels that can only be used on the Nintendo Switch version. – For all other players, any free Jewels in current possession at the time of the update have been converted into complimentary Jewels that can be used on all platforms as a special exception this time. ・In-World Items obtained on Nintendo Switch have been changed so that they can only be used when playing the Nintendo Switch version. – If players were playing on a platform other than Nintendo Switch before the update, a confirmation dialog will appear to link Items in the World to the platform they are playing on. – If playing on an unlinked platform, players will not possess any of the Items acquired in the World. – The newly added settings, such as the option to skip platform linking confirmation, can be changed in the “Account Related Settings” on the “Account Screen”. ・Made changes so that uploaded skins in the Community Market cannot be managed in the Nintendo Switch version where uploads are not possible. With the completion of reimbursements today, the acceptance of cash refund requests that were temporarily suspended have been resumed. The deadline for the next reimbursement application is on the 24th (Wednesday, JST). We apologize for the sudden changes at this time.
